Pay Structure: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Fixed Salary) + Excellent Performance-Based Incentives

Key Abilities:
* Exceptional Communication Skills (Mandatory): Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or a relevant regional language for effective professional interaction, presentations, and negotiation.
* Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients in Bangalore and different regions.
* Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and qualification to developing and presenting service proposals, negotiating terms, and successfully closing contracts.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with business owners and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique logistics needs and propose our tailored solutions.
* Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings, pricing structures, and competitive market advantages to effectively articulate our value proposition to prospective clients.
* Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Marketing Outreach: Collaborate on initial marketing efforts and campaigns to generate qualified sales leads and enhance brand visibility within the B2B sector.
