We're Hiring for Site Engineers 

Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy)

Experience: 1 – 3 Years as a site engineer. Preferably from Renewable (Solar) Sector

Vacancy: 03

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil or related field

Pay Structure: As per the Industry Standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with EPC teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks, and quality inspections.
• Ensure strict adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical layouts.
• Familiarity with grid connectivity and net metering.
• Strong project coordination and troubleshooting skills.
