We are looking for Group Collection Manager (GCM) for a Bank across Southern Karnataka.

Qualification: 12th, Diploma, UG and PG

Pay Structure: 2,75,000 to 3,00,000 LPA.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience of working in Group Loan or any other Collection.

Age Criteria: 21 to 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field work collection with focus on bucket collection.
2. Managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of dues.
3. Group Loan product
4. Building rapport with customers and handling escalations effectively.
5. Ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.
6. Regular reporting and coordination with branch/area teams for smooth collection operations.
