We are looking for Lead Engineer – Electrical Maintenance

Location: Hubli - Dharwad

Salary: ₹6 - ₹10 LPA

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

Education: Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for all electrical systems and machinery, including CNC, PLC, and SPM-based machines.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for machine failures and implement effective solutions.

• Lead the installation, commissioning, and reconditioning of new and existing machines.

• Manage spare parts inventory, planning, and procurement to optimize costs and availability.

• Enhance machine reliability and efficiency through low-cost automation and new technology adoption.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) to improve maintenance effectiveness.

• Prepare and present monthly maintenance reports to senior management.

• Coach and mentor the maintenance team on best practices and safety procedures.

Key Skillset:

• Software: Proficiency with SAP PM or similar plant maintenance software is a plus.

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in the maintenance of CNC and SPM machines, with a deep understanding of electrical and utility systems.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in PLC-based systems and logic interfacing.
